The majority decomposition of 3-valued-logic functions has been proposed as a method of synthesizing networks consisting of 3-stable majority elements. In general terms, this decomposition is a representation of a specified function through the operation of 3-valued majorization of three subfunctions. The solution of the logic-equation system is reduced to a solution of a system of linear inequalities with integer unknowns. The inequalities are solved by a new method which does not require integer linear programming.
