Abstract:
Ferroelectric ceramic transducer materials were investigated to determine their application to the design and fabrication of seismic model receiving transducers. Selected materials were used in the fabrication of 1 normal and 2 transverse displacement sensors. The sensors exhibit broad bandwidths and high sensitivity to preferred displacements while affording discrimination against unwanted modes of vibration. Author
