Abstract:

The article deals with an approximation method of computing plasma temperature in the channel of an arc plasmatron. Comparisons are made of the results of the computation for some systems of working with experimental data in accordance with the losses in the channel and direct measurements of the temperature by the spectral method. There are presented the results of experimental study of the distribution of the current in the channel of the plasmatron. Author
