Abstract:

This indicator measures reporting units failing REDCAPE for deployability. The deployability status of units, as shown in DA Form 2715, RCS CSGPO-266 R-2, is considered one of the primary indicators of the logistic readiness of USAREUR units. This measurement considers both the on hand versus authorized status of equipment for each unit and the serviceability of the on-hand equipment. Therefore, failure to meet these REDCAPE requirements indicates serious readiness problems in the area of equipment requirements and serviceability. Author
