Abstract:

Exposure-rate and total-exposure effects on the response of various gamma dosimeters were investigated by means of a flash X-ray machine. The dosimeters studied were manganese-activated calcium fluoride microthermoluminescent dosimeters MicroTLD, lithium fluoride MicroTLD, cobalt-activated borosilicate glass and silver-activated metaphosphate glass.
