ELECTROPHORESIS OF SERUM PROTEINS OF SPOTTED FEVER
ARMY BIOLOGICAL LABS FREDERICK MD
Pagination or Media Count:
The changes in the protein content of blood serum during spotted fever, just as in other infectious diseases, are non-specific and stereotyped. Therefore, dynamic studies of protein fractions during spotted fever by paper electrophoresis have only a prognostic significance. They may be of help in the evaluation of the gravity of the course of the infectious process and in an early diagnosis of complications.
