The article presents a general formula for the radiation-time characteristic of a flashlamp, a method for finding parameters of an approximating function, and a determination of these parameter ranges and connection with impulse parameters. Limits of the approximating function are established. Transmission of the impulse through a single-stage photoreceiver is considered plots of output amplitude vs. impulse time parameters are shown.
