Abstract:
This document presents the specifications for a Computer-Directed Training Subsystem to be integrated into the Air Force Phase II Base Level System. The subsystem is to be used for the construction and presentation of a variety of training materials to selected trainees within the Phase II Base Level System. The capabilities and limitations of the basic components comprising the subsystem are described. Included is the capability to process trainee records on an individual basis. An interim capability in which the lesson building mode of PLANIT Programming Language for Interactive Teaching is used to construct a training module for the Phase II Base Level System is also described.
