Abstract:

The investigations were made in Sidimi State Reindeer Breeding Farm in 1958-1959. During 2 years of observations in the reindeer farm, 14,670 ticks representing 5 species were collected. A total of 13,947 ticks was collected from vegetation, and 735 ticks from horses, cows, deer, dogs, and murine rodents. Data on seasonal changes in quantitative relationships of ixodid tick species composition active in nature in reindeer farms are presented. Author
