It has been shown that an active lattice connection of two pole subcircuits, or resonators, is an effective structure for active RC transfer function synthesis. This arrangement is especially attractive when non-minimum phase functions are to be realized, in that the replacement ratio of amplifiers to coils is low, and the lattice is therefore economical. In this paper, several methods for applying the active lattice to multipole delay networks are discussed, and an example four-pole constant delay network is treated in detail. Author
