The axially symmetric plane strain problem is solved for a thick-walled hollow viscoelastic cylinder subject to an axially symmetric but otherwise arbitrary temperature field. Three types of boundary conditions are considered 1 zero displacement of the inner and outer walls, 2 zero traction on both walls, and 3 zero traction inside, zero displacement outside. Author
