Abstract:
The authors found distribution of current density during flow of electrically conductive liquid in channel with arbitrary number of sectionalized electrodes of finite dimensions Hilbert boundary value problem for a band. For a very large number of electrodes the problem may be considered periodic. For this case the authors obtained distribution of current density through doubly periodic functions. Formulas were given for arbitrary constants entering in solution and depending on circuit of connection of electrodes. Dependences of efficiency, useful power, and voltage due to ratio of width of flow to pitch of section were plotted. Author
