Abstract:

The project was established to carry out a one-year operational evaluation of four prototype motor cargo boats plastic under normally assigned operating conditions and requirements. The desired result of this supervised operational evaluation is information to assist in the decision making concerning the production of this type boat. Phase I of the project covers extensive familiarization and testing of the first of the four prototype boats. The report covers only Phase I testing and standardization trials and tests.
