Abstract:

The report outlines the multichannel network planning and control function applicable to present and expected future field-army organizational concepts. Flow charts have been developed and a successful programming routine that automates the circuit-routing portion of the command and control function is described. Evidence of technical and economic feasibility, flexibility, and a significant time savings 1501 over the manual equivalent operation is provided.
