Abstract:
A comparative study was made of the reactogenicity and immunological effectiveness of the subcutaneous, cutaneous and oral methods of vaccination with the live M-44 vaccine in an extensive experiment on the immunization of humans. The aims were to reveal the most effective and at the same time the most simple method guaranteeing mass immunization. Results are presented of the reactogenicity and immunological effectiveness of the live M-44 vaccine against Q-fever following the subcutaneous application of the vaccine.
