The discovery of concentrative property buffering for body fluids osmotic pressure, electrical conductivity, refractive index and specific gravity and for certain aqueous solutions was examined further and included experiments in vivo. The nature of discrepancies between the vapor pressure and freezing point methods of osmometry was elucidated with evidence supporting the freezing point method. Evidence indicates that vapor pressure osmometry is error prone with certain classes of solutions and body fluids including serum. It is planned to augment existing concentrative conversion tables by the inclusion of new data on kinematic viscosity, enhancing their value. Author
