Pagination or Media Count:
This report is a description of a wave data collection system and its installation on Argus Island, Bermuda, British West Indies, in November 1966. These data--surface wave heights, and the associated subsurface pressure fluctuations--will be used to study bottom pressure statistics and the wave attenuation with water depth. The system consists of a vertical array of transducers, which includes a wave staff and three pressure hydrophones, and a magnetic tape recording system.
