Abstract:

The state of the art of radiometeorology is briefly discussed. The topics introduced include the propagations of ultra high frequency wave in the fluid flow medium and in the cross flow current of a non-homogeneous medium, the effects of water vapor containing substances in space on the ultrahigh frequency wave and the antenna design used for radar for meteorological uses. Clear understanding of these phenomenon and design effects the applications of ultra high frequency waves in travel, communication, etc. The author visualizes better understanding of meteorology as a result of application of radio method in meteorological study.
