Abstract:

Processing of equipment is grouped into three classifications depending upon the storage requirements. Class 1 - Outdoor Storage This classification applies to equipment which will be stored, without adequate protection against weather or other hazards, for indefinite periods of time. Class 2 - Indoor Storage Under this classification, equipment will be stored indoors, properly protected against weather and other hazards, for indefinite periods of time. This classification is further divided into equipment stored in a Standard Warehouses, b Dehumidified Warehouses. Class 3 - Standby Storage Equipment in this group is intended for storage pending final disposition and not to exceed a period of 90 days. It is also assumed that the processed equipment in this classification will be stored indoors with proper protection against weather conditions.
