Abstract:
Feasibility studies and limited development were performed to add the feature of separation to the present rocket wrench. Various systems to perform this separation were evaluated, and development was started on the appendage type rocket system. Tests to evaluate the wrench were completed, with observations and results documented. Development was suspended because of the decision to extend the testing and evaluation of the present torque wrench. Author
