Abstract:

The report is based on Soviet open sources published 1962-1966 and one Western source published in 1966. The fourth in a series, the present report summarizes Soviet research on parametric amplification of light. The Introduction presents background information on this research and includes a summary of the five sections in this report. The sections are I. One-dimensional parametric amplification II.
