Abstract:
Two experiments were conducted in which labelled RNA was extracted from shock avoidance trained rats and from untrained rats and subsequently injected into naive rats. There were no meaningful differences in conditioning nor in brain chemical patterns amount of RNA, DNA, and proteins ratios of these three specific activity of RNA and tissue pool fractions, and relative specific activity of RNA fraction in the recipients as a result of the injections.
