The Radio Frequency RF portion of a radio receiver system designed, developed and constructed for use in upper atmosphere research is discussed. This receiver system, which is a double-super-heterodyne type, is used to supply data relative to dispersive Doppler, spin and Faraday rotation, and propagation attenuation.
