A study was conducted to assess the value of training in perspective geometry on a subjects ability to locate target areas. Perspective geometry is defined as the study of spatial relationships on the ground and how they change when viewed from an oblique angle by means of a television system under simulated dynamic flight conditions. Simulation was accomplished by filming actual terrain from 2000 feet with a 28 degree field-of-view camera and projecting through a closed circuit TV system. Author
