A computer program has been used to generate doppler shift of an electromagnetic signal from an orbiting satellite as a function of time. The predicted doppler shift as a function of time is available in two different output formats a continuous plot of doppler as a function of time before and after closest approach and a tabulated list of doppler as a function of time. The computer program employs a spherical earth and a circular, polar orbit for the satellite. Author
