Abstract:
The preliminary experiment examined how an intervening light source affects target obscuration. More specifically, this experiment estimated how target obscuration depends on variables such as target brightness, intensity of intervening light source, target range, and range of the intervening light source. These results, while limited to data from two subjects, point the way to more detailed and sophisticated experimentation. Author
