Results of a continuing survey of recent developments in meteorological sensors and measuring techniques for measuring temperature, wind, humidity, radiation solar and terrestrial, density, pressure, and ozone from the surface up to 150,000 feet are presented as an annotated bibliography of 230 items plus an analysis of the current state-of-the-art and a discussion of promising developments.
