Abstract:

The results of an investigation of the pulses of electromagnetic radiation arising from the detonation of the most characteristic industrial explosives. Indicate the following facts 1 the emission of electromagnetic energy is connected essentially with the expansion of gaseous products of the detonation 2 each explosive has a characteristic electromagnetic pulse, reproducible in parallel experiments and 3 for different explosives these pulses differ markedly one from another.
