The pamplet based on material published in the Western press, describes the principle of flight on an air cushion, classifies the various types of craft and explains the basic theory, to permit a rough determination of basic characteristics of these machines to be made, in order to be able to compare them with other means of transportation. The pamphlet also presents some schematic view and descriptions of some of the completed machines.
