Abstract:

This report describes the operation of the Blue Mountains Seismological Observatory and Uinta Basin Seismological Observatory during the period of 1 August through 31 October 1965. Modifications and additions to the observatory instrumentation are described and tests to improve the operation of the observatories are reported. Also discussed is the progress of special investigations designed to evaluate and improve the detection capacity of the observatories.
