It is clear that the unacceptable men were inferior during training. The Pre-Flight ground school grades, the A and B flight stage grades, and the over-all basic flight performance clearly distinguished between the groups. Other measures, however, did not in any way distinguish the groups the G, I, and L stage grades, the ground school and OLQ grades of basic and advanced training, the number of boards, the number of accidents, and the selection test scores. Other measures enjoyed intermediate success. Discussion of the implications of the findings are included in the report. Author
