ON THE LIFTING PROPERTY (IV). DISINTEGRATION OF MEASURES,
PENNSYLVANIA UNIV PHILADELPHIA
Pagination or Media Count:
The notion of a strong lifting is introduced. Conditions whereby a lifting may be a strong lifting are given. It is shown that a strong linear lifting implies the existence of a strong lifting. Theorems are proved on the disintegration of measures, using the notion of strong lifting. The notion of appropriate family of measures, which replaces Bourbakis notion of adequate family, is introduced.
