The mixing process within the ejector is an interchanging of momentum and energy among each stratum of the flow field. As soon as the ambient air is entrained into the ejector, the interchanging of momentum and energy occurs. particles or groups of particles in the flow field which have possessed less momentum and energy will receive some amount of external momentum and energy, and on the other hand, particles or groups of particles which are at higher energy and momentum level will lose some.
