Abstract:

The report is on the study of the P3A-NEW Weapon System aircraft cockpit area. The material presented is an analysis of P3 cockpit operation which reflects the tasks and responsibilities of the flight crew. It is recommended that a the responsibility designations specified in this report be correlated with anthropological data to obtain the optimum areas for controls and displays location, and b the parameter responsibility designations form the basis for the development of an integrated display concept for the P3A-NEW aircraft.
