Abstract:
A camera equipped with a Boyer Saphir objective F450 mm, DF 14.5, and with a chopper occulting the object, is being used to obtain a satellite trace exhibiting a number of interruptions which are recorded by means of an oscillograph. With a good ephemeris of predicted satellite positions, this camera makes it possible to achieve a precision of 1 and 0.05 sec. Author
