Abstract:

The major effort was devoted to the construction of a dual-channel millimeter-wave spectrometer, the testing of a Fe3, ZnWO4 zero-field maser, experiments on a Fe3, TiO2 zero-field maser, and the construction of X-band maser circuitry.
