Abstract:

The yield percentages obtained at the various basic tube sub-assembly stages are given. Results of vibration FM performance on the ZM-6103 and ZM-6104 packages are stated conclusions, based on these results, are also included. Test data and illustrations are presented to substantiate these conclusions. Results of the Engineering samples that were retested are given. A comparison of the present specification with the proposed specification is included. Author
