Abstract:

This bibliography is a bare listing of the literature on artificial intelligence as the term applies to systems whose operating behavior would be called intelligence if exhibited by man. A section of a larger compilation of more than six hundred items, it is in its present version unindexed, with a minimum of cross references to related subjects. Most of the references to physiology, psychology, logic, automata theory, decision theory, theory of games, and even neural net theory have therefore been omitted, since a large bibliography is reduced in value if it lacks some system of information retrieval.
