Abstract:

The objective of this analysis is to evaluate the SM-68 Periodic Checkout Frequency Study. In order to properly appraise the study, it was found necessary to independently develop a mathematical model representing the operational readiness of a ballistic missile system from which the relevant probabilities were determined.
