Abstract:
An expression was found for the specific shift in the cases of 1s22s22pk3s2-kk 1, 2 configurations of the carbon atom in the two-configuration 1s22s22pk3s2-k 1s22pk23s2-k approximation. Using one-electron wave functions of Hartrees self-consistent field, the isotope shift of the lines of 1s22s22p3s - 1s22s22p2 transition in the carbon atom was determined in both one-configuration and two-configuration approximations. The theoretical results are compared with the experimental data for the 1P - 1S line. Author
