Abstract:
The program objective was to provide experimental and theoretical studies of advanced components and techniques for new and better systems for re-entry vehicles. Efforts were directed toward improvement in the sensitivity of the synchronous receiver - as used in the reception of the PCMPS signal. In particular, the effort was concentrated in the area of the phase lock loop - a critical performance area of receiver sensitivity.
