27This is the twenty-first report in a series reviewing Soviet developments in tracking missiles and space vehicles. It covers materials contained in Soviet open literature published during the first half of 1963. Information not directly related to the assigned subject has been included because of its broad implications for study in this field. Topics covered in this series are Electromagnetic problems ion clouds and ionosphere perturbations and radio astronomy radio emission, antennas, and quantum molecular oscillators.
