Abstract:

The objective of this program is to design, fabricate and deliver three klystron amplifiers operating over an instantaneous bandwidth of 4 at 8 GHz at the 100 kw, CW power level. This report described progress on the electrical and mechanical design of the pulsed test vehicles as well as portions of the final tube design.
