This report discusses the requirements for program modifications and to complete modifications necessary to adapt a model for use with new organizational and doctrinal concepts the maximum utilization of the models developed through an orderly testing program designed to provide detailed analysis of test results the instruction of USACDC Medical Service Agency personnel in the procedures for preparing data, performing simulation runs, establishing test programs, and performing analysis of results and a technical consultation service to the Medical Service Agency on problems of techniques, procedures, operations research analysis and related matters pertinent to the study project.
