Presented are the field maintenance instructions for the satellite digital data encoder formerly General Electric Model No. 701, which is part of the program II command and telemetry equipment. The field maintenance instructions cover descriptions and leading particulars, test equipment, functional analysis, and maintenance instructions for the satellite digital data encoder components. Appendix A contains the logic symbols and a description of the reference designations used in the satellite digital data encoder logic circuit diagram.
