Abstract:

The purpose of this program is to conduct a research study and an experimental investigation to determine techniques, methods of application, and design criteria for automatic conversion of digital data into display form including graphs, maps, and pictorial displays. A breadboard of the two-image plane projector to be used in the developmental model has been evaluated, and construction of the final unit has been started. Final data on the phosphor tests has been reviewed. The principal phases of system design for the exploratory developmental model have been completed. Author
