Abstract:
A short review of the theoretical aspects of light scattering by a high-density plasma is given. The resistance of a high-density plasma is measured and is correlated with electron number density and electron temperature. The voltage across the plasma and the current through it are varied and it is shown that the plasma resistance is indepandent of these parameters. It is seen that the plasma developa s potential difference across it without any external source. Author
