Abstract:

This publication covers the papers presented at the Second Tropospheric Refraction Effects Technical Review Meeting, sponsored by the Electronic Systems Division of the Air Force. The papers are grouped into five sections, each section corresponding to the agency or type of organiza tion sponsoring the work. The first section covers work on tropospheric refraction sponsored by the Electronic Systems Division in support of metric instrumentation on the national missile ranges. Volume II includes reports on the activities of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the national missile ranges, and the other prime agencies.
