Abstract:

The report is divided into five parts 1 The Narrow-Band Gaussian Random Process, 2 Measurement Problems, 3 Noise Generation, 4 Modulation by Random Processes, and 5 Wiener Filters and Random Sampling. The results presented in the first three parts are not new the methods used to obtain these results, however, are new. These particular parts are presented because the methods are considered substantially superior to those given elsewhere. Both new methods of treating problems and new results are given. In particular, results dealing with the spectra of pulsed communication signals and results on sampling of random processes are not known to be published elsewhere. Author
