Abstract:
This report is divided into three main sections Aerodynamics, Gasdynamics, and General Flow Phenomena. An attempt is made in the first section to cover dynamic phenomena associated with the high-velocity flow of gases over bodies, including rarefied and free-molecular flow. The second section covers the problems associated with internal flow, e. g., flow in nozzles, wind tunnels, and shock tubes. Similarity concepts are also included in this section. The third section deals with general flow phenomena at supersonic and hypersonic velocities. Author
